Cardio Day
/I haven't posted about my fitness and weightloss journey. Today was cardio day so did about 45 mins between bike machine 2.30 miles, 3 reps of 12 kettlebell squats, and yoga ball sit ups 3 reps of 25. And later I will do my daily HITT run about 2 miles 4 HITTS 2 minute. Before my workout I had my "Shakeology" with strawberries, ice, water, and energy boost. In between drinking water to stay hydrated. Then when I get home after 45 minutes or more 1 protein ball. Keep your mind, body and soul healthy my Candy Readers!!!
