Protein smoothie time!
/I usually make my protein smoothie before or after a workout, it's simple, easy and tasty! Here is what you will need to make it:
- 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon of raw organic honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 cup or handful of spinach
- 1 cup or handful of kale
- 1 serving of Isoburn protein powder
Blend all together and its ready to drink and enjoy!
