Just joined BeachBody Coaching

Im excited I been offered to be a "Beachbody Coach" as I am on my fitness and weightloss journey I thought about it why not? I am always helping my friends with advice, how to and etc. Thought i give this a try to help more people become healthy and fit. A little fitness goes a long way

I started this fitness weightloss journey in 2012 it's been a difficult one but I can say a good one. I wouldn't be where I am today if I never made the decision getting a gym membership, after getting rid of my boyfriend I got a gym membership and decided I wanted my life to change, I missed my old self!   Here are several workouts I do and I switch it up from time to time so my body doesn't get used to the routing. 

First I start out with some cardio- running HITT training I will run about 2 miles, 2 times hitt for 2 mins. For my 2nd cardio- I will do the stair master for 20 mins that's usually 50 flight of stairs. 3rd cardio- rowing or bike for 10 mins. Or you can just do running for about 28 mins. That's my cardio session for one day!

Protein smoothie time!

I usually make my protein smoothie before or after a workout, it's simple, easy and tasty! Here is what you will need to make it:

  • 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon of raw organic honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder 
  • 1 cup or handful of spinach
  • 1 cup or handful of kale
  • 1 serving of Isoburn protein powder  

Blend all together and its ready to drink and enjoy!
