Shrimp kinda lunch

Today I made a shrimp, garlic, cilantro, with olive oil and butter with a stuffed mushroom my favorite yummy! I will tell you what you need to prepare this:

You will need the following:

  • 5 shrimps - cooked into the sauce
  • cilantro- a bunch
  • garlic- 3 cloves
  • salt- Himalaya a dash
  • pepper- a pinch     
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter- cook all these together and throw the shrimp in for 5 mins if that
  • 1 stuffed mushroom- prepared from sprouts
  • spinach organic- a bunch cook after shrimp is done

And your ready to serve and enjoy such a tasty lunch treat and remember I only make 1 person serving so if your cooking for more just double up on your ingredients, bone appetite!

 

A post workout or after a workout meal

This a great healthy meal or snack before a workout or even after, you can even eat this whenever you decide to too. A fresh fruit with greek plain yogurt, a great probiotic to get your stomach in the right way. So yummy and delicious too! Here is what you will need to prepare this:

  • Fresh fruit cut of your choice (1 peach)
  • Fresh Coconut toasted  (sprinkle on top)
  • 2 scoops of greek plain yogurt
  • Raw almonds (sprinkle on top)
  • Raw organic honey (drizzle on top)

Put it all into a small bowl so you can portion control and ready to serve and eat! Pretty fast and easy to make less than 8 minutes! Hope you enjoy this simple and easy recipe :)

 

On today's eat's...

For lunch today I ate Lettuce tuna wraps with some squash, sprouts, and mushrooms:  You can make them less then 15 mins:

What you need: 
- 1 big portobello top mushroom - cut into little pieces 
- a handful of sprouts 
- 5 leaves of organic red lettuce - these will be your wraps 
- 5 baby squashes - cut into little pieces 
- 1 can of tuna, add some onion, pepper, mayo (Used the one with no dairy), dash of lemon cilantro - this will be all mixed together for your tuna Cook the squash, sprouts, portobello mushroom all together for about 6 mins And then it's ready to be placed on a plate and to enjoy!

 

Salmon with chili sauce, avocado salad, and a garlic artichoke mushroom:You will need:

- 1 salmon fillet- season it will cayenne pepper and a dash or pepper - cook for 5 mins 
- 1 avocado - cut into pieces add cilantro, lemon 
- 4 baby tomatoes - cut into pieces 
- 1 top mushroom - fill with artichoke, garlic and a dash of cheese - cook for 10 minsNow your ready to put it together and enjoy to eat!
