/This a great healthy meal or snack before a workout or even after, you can even eat this whenever you decide to too. A fresh fruit with greek plain yogurt, a great probiotic to get your stomach in the right way. So yummy and delicious too! Here is what you will need to prepare this:
- Fresh fruit cut of your choice (1 peach)
- Fresh Coconut toasted (sprinkle on top)
- 2 scoops of greek plain yogurt
- Raw almonds (sprinkle on top)
- Raw organic honey (drizzle on top)
